Recovery/Wellness Systems Consultations
pAUL aLVES, NCPRSS, RCPF, CARC has been focused on building and supporting Wellness Recovery Oriented Systems for over a decade. From implementing a person-centered approach with Drinking Driving programs, strengths and culture-based approaches with young people and their families. pAUL has spearheaded cultivating positive identities with incarcerated and returning citizens, supporting re-culturation with Native Americans, developing the peer workforce within clinical settings, facilitating cultural shifts in law enforcement and developing recovery orientation within municipalities. pAUL has fostered recovery and wellness values across the continuum of care.
CRC is made up of a team including Black, Latino, LGBTQ+, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Portuguese, and Caucasian individuals coming from a multitude of backgrounds. This includes lived experiences of substance use and mental health challenges, housing inequality, food scarcity, trauma, being part of marginalized communities, unsheltered, incarceration, discrimination and more, making it past survival to thrive alongside the individuals, communities and systems they support today. This diverse makeup enhances CRC’s ability to address challenges faced by various communities and systems alike.
